Submit Files for Case 6605

There are three different technologies you can use to upload files to support. The right choice depends on the speed of your internet connection, and the size of the file(s) you're sharing with us.

Web Uploader

If your files are relatively small (under ~200 megabytes is best, 1 gigabyte max) and your internet connection is relatively fast, you can upload right from your browser. You can click the "Add Files" button to choose the files to upload, then click "Start" to get things going. IF you've got a relatively modern browser, you can also drag and drop files into the area below.

FTP

FTP is the best choice if you've got very large files to upload, or if you're on a slow connection. FTP supports resume, so you can space your upload out over a longer period of time (for example, if you need to close your laptop or disconnect from the internet).

Our ftp server is available at uploads.divergentmedia.com and your username and password are below. You must use an FTP program, not your web browser to connect to this service.

Need more information about FTP?

There are a variety of FTP clients available for the Macintosh. You may already have one installed (Transmit, Fetch, etc). If not, you can download the free Cyberduck application.

After launching Cyberduck, click "Open Connection" and enter the server and username information shown above. Click connect.

Once connected, you can drag and drop files to the Cyberduck window to upload. If you need to resume a transfer later, simply drag the file in again - Cyberduck will confirm that you wish to resume.
